Larry Fink

Larry Fink has been photographing for nearly 50 years, and is renowned for his distinct style of empathetic reportage. His one-man shows include exhibits at the Museum of Modern Art and the Whitney in New York, and at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. A major retrospective of Fink’s work toured Europe for almost ten years. He has been a Guggenheim Fellow twice and a teacher for nearly 41 years. Fink is currently a professor at Bard College, and has held positions at Yale, Cooper Union, Parsons School of Design, and New York University. Fink’s work has appeared in Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, and Rolling Stone, among many others, and his books include the classics Social Graces and Boxing.
